SG Enable — Assistive Technology
SG Enable is Singapore's government agency for disability services. It administers the Assistive Technology Fund (ATF) on behalf of MSF. The fund subsidises up to 90% of approved devices including wheelchairs and hearing aids (lifetime cap S$40,000) for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents with permanent disability and monthly household income (per person) of S$4,800 or below (threshold raised from S$2,600 in January 2026). Applications go through a therapist or social worker at a public hospital or Social Service Agency.
