Using this directory

NursingHomeGuide.sg is an information resource. It is not a clinical referral service and does not provide medical advice. Information is provided in good faith from publicly available sources.

Always verify facility details (fees, availability, services, clinical capability) directly with the facility before making care decisions. Important care decisions should involve your doctor, AIC, and the facility directly.

Care Pathway Guide (chatbot)

The Care Pathway Guide is an AI-assisted information tool. It is not a qualified medical professional, social worker, or financial adviser, and nothing it produces constitutes medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice.

Its purpose is to help families understand care options and navigate the Singapore eldercare system in general terms. It does not know your specific circumstances in full, cannot examine a patient, and has no access to medical records or AIC assessments.

You must not rely on the chatbot’s output as the basis for a care decision without independent verification. Always involve a qualified professional — your doctor, a medical social worker, or the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC, 1800 650 6060) — before placing a loved one in any care facility or changing their care arrangements.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, NursingHomeGuide.sg excludes all liability for any loss, harm, or adverse outcome arising from reliance on responses generated by the Care Pathway Guide, including but not limited to: incorrect care pathway recommendations, outdated subsidy or cost information, misunderstood clinical needs, or delays in seeking appropriate professional care.

Do not enter names, NRIC numbers, phone numbers, or any personal details into the chatbot. Conversation content is logged and retained for 90 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy and liability

Eldercare information changes frequently. We update data regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. We are not liable for decisions made based on information on this site.

Intellectual property

Site content (editorial text, structure, design) is © NursingHomeGuide.sg. Facility data (names, addresses, contact details) is factual information from public sources.

You may link to pages on this site freely. You may not scrape, republish, or commercialise our editorial content without written permission.

Operators and facilities

Facility information is compiled from public sources. Operators may submit corrections via the operator portal. We reserve the right to decline listings that cannot be verified or that relate to closed or non-operational facilities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
