Featured listings
A Featured slot is a paid placement. It puts your listing in a labelled block at the top of the pages you appear on. It does not change a word of what we publish about you, and it does not reorder the ranked list underneath.
Every facility we can verify is listed here free, whether or not the operator has ever spoken to us. That does not change. A Featured slot is a way for an operator to support the directory and be visibly identified while doing it — nothing more.
What it looks like
This is a mock-up. “Example Care Residence” is not a real facility and does not appear anywhere in our directory.
The same label appears on the facility’s own page. You also stay in the ranked list below, in the position your rating earns you — a Featured slot adds the block above, it does not move you within the list.
One facility, one slot. No contract, no setup fee, cancel any time.

Why we are telling you this so plainly
Families use this directory to make a decision about a parent. If the ranking itself could be bought, it would be worthless to them, and eventually worthless to you. So the ranked list is not for sale: a Featured slot buys a block above it, that block is headed Featured, and this page explains exactly what that means.
One Featured slot is our own. Urgent Care at Home, in the Featured block on Home Medical, is operated by the owner of this directory. It is held to the same rule as every other Featured slot: it sits above the ranked list, outside it, and has not moved any facility up or down.
